Q 2: What is the offer about?  

A: City Bank American Express Cardmembers will receive 3X Reward Points on purchase transaction (Platinum Reserve Credit Cardmembers will get 9 points, Platinum and Alo Credit Cardmembers will get 6 points, and all other Cardmembers will get 3 points for every USD 1 spent)

Q 3: Where can I avail this offer?  

A: The offer of accelerated Reward Points can be availed on any purchase transaction.

Q 4: What is the campaign period?

A: The campaign period is from 15^th October- 24^th October, 2026. (both days inclusive)

Q 5: What are the eligible card types?
A: City Bank American Express Credit Cardmembers (Amex Blue, Gold, DU, Alo, Biman, City Islamic, Platinum, and Platinum Reserve Credit Cards) are eligible, except for all foreign currency cards and the Agora Co-branded cards.

Q 6: What is the minimum transaction amount? 

A: A minimum transaction amount of BDT 15,000 is applicable per transaction.

Q 7: Can I avail this offer in online or offline transaction? 

A: Yes, this offer is applicable for online and offline POS transaction.

Q 8: When I will get my Reward points?

A: Reward points will be disbursed within 30 working days after the campaign period. You will be notified through SMS once the bonus points are added to your account.
