What is the offer?
Get 15% cashback at www.chaldal.com, www.shwapno.com, www.meenaclick.com & www.unimart.online on online transaction by using City Bank American Express® Consumer Credit Cards. Transaction amount has to be minimum BDT 1,500 to be eligible for cashback.

Who can avail the offer?
All City Bank American Express® Consumer Credit Cardmembers (except City Alo & Agora credit cards) can avail the offer.

What is the offer duration?
The offer is valid from 1st Ramadan till the eve of Eid Ul Fitr 2023.

Is there any capping?
Yes, cardmember will receive BDT 250 cashback per transaction and maximum cashback BDT 500 on each merchant during campaign period. Transaction amount has to be minimum BDT 1,500 to be eligible for cashback.

Are Supplementary cardmember eligible for the offer?
Primary and Supplementary both are eligible for the offer and will be considered as one customer. A customer can receive maximum BDT 250 per transaction and BDT 500 on each merchant during campaign period. Cashback will be credited to Primary Cardmembers’ account.

When will the Cashback amount be credited to Cardmembers account?
Cardmembers will have to pay the regular price using Amex Credit Card at the time of purchase. Cashback amount will be credited to Cardmembers account after the campaign period.

Is there any EMI facility?
There is no EMI facility available for this offer.

Is there any minimum or maximum transaction limit to get the offer?
Yes, transaction amount has to be minimum BDT 1,500 to be eligible for cashback.

Will customer get cashback on top of any offer is being promoted by merchants?
Yes, customer will get cashback on top of the merchants offer on the final purchase price.

Is the offer applicable for both POS and E-Commerce transactions?
No, this offer is applicable on online/E-Commerce transactions only.

Where do I contact for Refund or Exchange related issues?
The Refund, Cancel or Exchange related issues are as per the rules and regulations of the merchant’s policies.
